the swimming pool was lovely and the rooms were spacious.

the staff was not very helpful. i had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was not damp, as the original room was uncomfortable. the reception locked me out of my upgraded room and wanted to move me back to the damp room.

The pool was very clean. It also had many nice decorated areas! I enjoyed the morning breakfast options. There was a great range. The staff were also friendly and cute.

I experienced a lack of silence on the corridor at night. Staff did not intervene when drunk people screamed. This occurred TWICE , difficult to rest.

The rooftop area was a definite highlight, boasting a pool and comfortable loungers. i found the on-site coffee shop convenient, especially with its tasty offerings. the staff arranged a private taxi for a day trip at the last minute. I really appreciated that level of support.

Sunlight came through the bathroom door early. It lacked proper curtains.

The staff provided complimentary drinks. That was acceptable.

The breakfast was horrible. anything beyond the preset menu required an extra charge, which i found ridiculous. the shower floor also had poor design. Water didn't drain well, and i ended up cleaning it. water leaked onto the main bathroom floor.

The room had a very stylish vibe. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the shower was great, too. i appreciated the lovely pool area. It provided a relaxing space. my kids enjoyed the scramble net ceiling feature a lot.

the hotel lacked an efficient wardrobe in the room. there were spacious areas, but limited places for storage. i found it inconvenient not having a proper space to organize my belongings .

i enjoyed the complimentary self-service drinks available all day. it included water and juice, a nice touch. the pool was also a welcome feature, especially after a day out. i was able to order food and use utensils from the restaurant, convenient.

my room had a slight musty odor upon arrival, which i found a little off-putting. it did not seem to dissipate . the staff did not appear to notice.

the staff offers really good levels of kindness and professionalism, which i noticed immediately. free transport to the train station was a welcome surprise. the staff and management really make the location cute.
